Terms of Service
Services Provided:
Andromeda Integrations will provide:
- Onboarding: One-time setup of an Industry Leading tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, geo-fencing) with personalized coaching to ensure seamless integration.
- Ongoing Services: Monthly access to the tech stack, continuous coaching for the Client to master evolving tools, and staff-wide sales training to empower every team member as a revenue generator.
Payment Terms:
- Onboarding Fee: $2,900, due upon signing this Agreement.
- Monthly Subscription Fee: $1,500, billed monthly beginning 30 days from signing.
- Payment Method: Payments may be made using the gateway indicated by Provider.
- Late Fees: Payments overdue by 10 days incur a 5% late fee.
Term and Termination:
- This Agreement is month-to-month, with no long-term commitment required.
- Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, Client’s access to the tech stack and services ends after the current billing cycle.
- No refunds for partial months or the onboarding fee.
Deliverables and Expectations:
- Onboarding (30 Days): Tech stack setup, initial coaching sessions, and staff training kickoff, per the 30-day onboarding plan presented.
- Ongoing Services: Monthly tech updates, coaching sessions (at least 2/month), and staff sales training (at least 1 session/month).
- Client Responsibilities: Provide access to necessary systems, ensure staff participation in training, and make timely payments.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep proprietary information (e.g., business data, tech stack details) confidential, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability:
Andromeda Integrations is not liable for indirect damages or losses beyond the services provided. Total liability is limited to fees paid by Client.
